My most popular session! This is a great session for curious first timers or for a beneficial reiki tune up. Reiki is not bound by time or space, thus distance sessions are completely viable. Experience a distance Reiki session from the comfort of your own home. Light a candle, set out crystals, do whatever you resonate with. Open your mind and be ready to receive a relaxing, rejuvenating experience. Distance sessions can be more powerful than in person sessions because all distractions are gone. I will be intuitively guided to move through your aura and chakras, choosing crystals, and other tools as I feel called to for your session, trusting reiki in its wisdom to go where it needs to go. Perfect for managing stress, clear creative blockages and sooth the various ailments due to energy imbalances. Reiki induces the relaxation response and puts the body in the best condition for healing. I will gently bring you back into awareness when the session is concluding, at that time we can discuss your experience. *total session time 30-35 minutes We will to connect via Zoom call for your session. If you prefer you have the option of a before and after check in by text without Zoom, with a detailed voice message afterwards. *Please note that all appointment times are Central Standard Time.
