   I suggest taking a 2-4 drops 3-4 times a day, in water, or directly under the tongue., preferably as far away from meals as possible.
The essence action is subtle, I encourage you to take essences for at least twenty-one days, and depending on the issues being dealt with, for up to three months.
  Alternatively take 4 drops of the essence before a meditation with purpose, or for whatever you are working on that day.
 
I make all my flower essences from flowers in my backyard garden or from the green belt surrounding my neighborhood. With few exceptions making essences when I travel.
Mindful of the flowers life force I sit with it for a day or two before making the essence, mediate with the flower as it sits in the spring water soaking up the rays of the sun (or the moon).
I always give gratitude.
Flower essences work on similar principles to Homeopathy. The life-force and vibrational signature of the flower is transferred to water, then when taken mindfully work with your personal signature for deep healing.
