What is a tincture?
   Briefly they are concentrated herbal extracts with an alcohol base making an herbal remedy.
   To be taken sublingualy or mixed with another liquid.
    I make my tinctures with herbs and flowers grown in my garden, all organic and pesticide free.
   Dandelion is such an amazing plant.  This little lawn “weed” is a wellness powerhouse! 
   This tincture is made with roots and leaves and cold infused for 4 months! 
  Dandelion Tincture reinforces the health of the Liver & Gallbladder, supporting digestion and hormonal balance. It’s a prebiotic encouraging a healthy microbiom.
   10-20 drops up to 3x dly when needed.
Wonderful when used for 6-8 weeks in spring/early summer and again in fall or transitioning into menopause.
