What is a tincture?
     Briefly they are concentrated herbal extracts with an alcohol base making an herbal remedy.
    To be taken sublingualy or mixed with another liquid.
   I make my tinctures with herbs and flowers grown in my garden, all organic and pesticide free.
    Cilantro is one of the most requested tincture that I offer.  Most notably cilantro is known as a body detoxifier. It protects against oxidative stress, as well as being a great antioxidant and an aid in digestive health.
      Cilantro leaf extract has also been found to help support healthy blood sugar levels.  It does this by increasing both the production and the efficacy of insulin, which removes excessive levels of glucose from the bloodstream. Cilantro has also been found to help fight off sugar cravings by helping the liver to convert excess glucose into storable energy reserves known as glycogen, which further helps balance blood sugar to healthy levels. 
    Take as needed, 10 drops up to 3 times daily.
